The practice

Several ways in, one conversation.

Holy Fire III Reiki is hands-on energy work. You stay clothed, you lie down, and I work with the energy field around and through the body. Most people describe warmth, heaviness lifting, and the first real exhale they have taken in weeks. It is gentle, and nothing is forced. I teach it as well, for anyone who wants to carry it themselves.

Soul Path astrology reads your birth chart as a story of soul intention. Rather than predicting what happens to you, it asks what you came here to grow through, what you are still carrying, and where the next edge is. The Moon’s nodes, Pluto, and the shape of your whole chart carry that thread.

Deep Memory Process goes in through the body. We follow a feeling, an ache, or a pattern that keeps repeating, back to where it was first laid down, and let the body finish what it never got to finish. It reaches material that talking alone tends to circle.

These meet the same question from different ends. The chart gives language for the pattern. The energy work and the regression let the body put it down. You do not have to choose, and plenty of people start with whichever feels least intimidating.

Hands-on energy work to clear what the body has been holding and bring the nervous system back down. Gentle, and quicker to settle than most people expect.

Soul Path astrology reading

Your full birth chart, read as a map of soul intention. We look at where you have been, what you are working out, and what is asking to be lived now.

  • 75 to 90 minutes, unhurried

  • Written notes sent afterward

Regression therapy that works through the body. We follow an ache or a pattern that keeps repeating back to where it was laid down, and let the body finish what it never got to finish.

About Stacey

Decades in, still learning.

I am Stacey Simpson, a Reiki master, astrologer, and tarot and oracle reader in Vancouver, British Columbia. I have been doing this a long time.

I am always learning, and always travelling for it. Last year that meant an astrology and myth pilgrimage through Greece, up into the Peloponnesian mountains, standing in the places the old stories came from.

People tend to stay. Someone books one session, and years later we are still talking. That is the part of this I like best.

Before you book.

I have never had Reiki. What actually happens?
You lie down fully clothed on a treatment table. I place my hands lightly on or just above the body and move through a set sequence. There is no massage and no pressure. Most people feel warmth, tingling, or a deep drop into rest, and some fall asleep. All of that is normal. Holy Fire III is a form of Usui Reiki known for being gentle and for continuing to work in the days after a session.
What is Soul Path astrology?
It is evolutionary astrology, which treats the birth chart as a record of soul intention rather than a fixed script. The question is what you came here to grow through and what you are still carrying, not what will happen to you. Free will sits at the centre of it. Your chart shows the terrain, and you choose how you walk it.
What do you need for a chart reading?
Your date of birth, your time of birth as exactly as you can find it, and the town or city. A birth certificate is the most reliable source for the time. If the time is genuinely unknown we can still do good work, there are just a few things we leave open.
What is Deep Memory Process?
Deep Memory Process is a body-centred regression therapy developed by Dr Roger Woolger. Instead of talking about a pattern, we follow it through the body, through the sensation or the ache that carries it, back to the scene where it was laid down. That can be this life, an earlier one, or something inherited down a family line. You stay awake and aware the whole time, and you set the pace.
Can I learn Reiki myself?
Yes. I teach Holy Fire III Reiki classes for people who want to practice on themselves, their families, or their own clients. No prior experience is needed to start. Ask about upcoming class dates and levels.
Can Reiki be done at a distance?
Yes. Distance sessions are booked the same way and run the same length. You settle somewhere comfortable at home while I hold the session, and we talk before and after by video or phone.
Is this a replacement for medical or mental health care?
No. This work sits alongside medical and mental health care and supports it. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace anything your doctor or therapist provides. If you are under care for something, keep that care and bring the questions here too.
